This workshop offers a transformative experience, blending the healing powers of crystal healing with the resonance of sound meditation to enhance heart-centered alignment and emotional well-being. Participants will explore the unique attributes of Rainbow Obsidian, Rhodonite, and Rose Quartz, gaining insights into their specific benefits and how to effectively incorporate these crystals into their daily life. Centered Heart: Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing offers a unique blend of gentle yoga practices paired with the calming vibrations of sound therapy, designed to facilitate deep relaxation and emotional equilibrium. Under the guidance of Shanti and David, participants will engage in restorative poses that nurture the body while the healing sounds create a serene atmosphere, encouraging a profound connection to inner peace.

About David
Creator of Soul Growth Network
As a child, David was very connected to spirit, but as he grew up, he experienced many of life’s traumas and challenges and began to shut down that side of himself. He felt detached from his truth and began a journey into rediscovering himself. Yoga and meditation were the gateways into his soul growth journey. He decided to travel South-East Asia, where he learned yoga and meditation from a variety of teachers he met along the way. He received his RYT-200hr Certification through East+West Yoga in Bali, Indonesia in 2019. After returning back to the states, David began studying other modalities to help in his own healing. He experienced the power of sound healing, reiki, shamanism, plant medicine and other forms of energy work that transformed his life. After moving to Denver, David was guided to study Reiki under Kathy Sietos at Green Light Reiki. As he began to heal himself, he felt a strong calling to assist others with their own healing journey and self-discovery. David does not consider himself a “healer”, but a facilitator who holds space of truth and light for his clients to assist them on their own transformation. The only true healing is self-healing, but he uses guidance from his spiritual team as well as his client’s, to bring clarity and direction to aid them in connecting with their higher truth. David’s offerings are designed to help in the processing of old emotional patterns and beliefs, enabling the client to reconnect with their higher-self from a place of strength and wholeness. “Never broken, just wounded.
