What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energy healing, originating in Japan. Dr. Mikao Usui has been known as the person who formalized this ancient healing technique. Dr. Usui originally intended this technique to be used for spiritual growth, but the alignment and increased awareness caused physical healing and accelerated recovery to take place as a side effect. Reiki is a gentle, but powerful hands-on technique that uses life force energy that is all around us to heal the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Reiki helps the body return to a place of balance, promoting reduced stress, relaxation, clarity, and a deeper connection to our higher consciousness.

Reiki Level 2 Training and Attunement
In this Level 2 Reiki training, you will deepen your connection to universal life force energy and expand your ability to facilitate healing for yourself and others. Building upon the foundations of Level 1, this course introduces the sacred Reiki symbols, empowering you to channel energy with greater focus, intention, and strength. During the training, you will receive your Level 2 attunements, further opening your energy channels and enhancing your capacity to transmit Reiki. You’ll learn how to use the Reiki symbols for emotional healing, mental clarity, and distance healing, allowing you to send Reiki across time and space.
This course also explores advanced techniques to clear energetic blockages, promote deep emotional release, and support holistic healing on all levels. You’ll gain practical skills for intuitive healing, enhancing your sensitivity to subtle energies and expanding your confidence as a Reiki practitioner. The Level 2 training is a comprehensive, two-day experience held over two consecutive Saturdays, providing time to integrate the teachings, receive attunements, and engage in hands-on practice. Each day includes instruction, group discussion, and healing exercises, ensuring you feel prepared to apply your new skills confidently.
Upon completion, you will be able to offer Reiki professionally, deepen your self-healing journey, and support others with greater energetic awareness and intention. This training marks a powerful step forward in your path as a Reiki healer, unlocking new levels of insight, intuition, and transformation.

Reset and Realign: Spring Equinox Ceremony is a special event created to support you in slowing down, clearing what no longer feels aligned, and reconnecting with what matters most as we move into spring.
This immersion offers space to reset your energy, reflect honestly on where you are, and realign with the direction you want to grow in. Through guided meditation, intentional journaling, ceremonial practice, sound healing, and integration over tea, you’ll be invited into deeper presence with yourself.
The Spring Equinox Ceremony is for anyone seeking balance, clarity, and a more intentional way of moving into the spring season. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and supported as you step into this new chapter.

These mantras come from Vinny's ancestral lineage rooted in ancient Asia. They are compassionate prayers for all beings to be at peace and free from suffering. They can bring cleansing to the mind, purity within the heart, and awakening to one's spirit. 1-1.5hr Mantra meditation can last 45-1hr, spiritual conversation at the end of meditation. People can stay or leave during that time. Those that stay we can discuss any topic in spirituality. We say that understanding through deep conversations can awaken our mind and heart.
***This class is being offered as a donation-based experience, with a $1 registration fee to keep it open and accessible to everyone. Vinny is generously sharing this offering with the community. Those who wish to contribute further may add a suggested donation of $15–$45 at checkout to support Vinny and the cost of the space***
Vinny Huynh is the last dharma lineage holder within his family ancestors in what most know as Buddhism. This is an ancient practice and understanding that is usually only done in private. Vinny is sharing openly because he believes the world needs as much contribution to peace and understanding, to wipe away our blindfold that keeps us from being our true nature of compassion and wisdom.

About David
Creator of Soul Growth Network
David Schreiner is a certified yoga, meditation, pranayama, and energy work practitioner, with a foundation in holistic wellness, curanderismo, and other earth based practices. After spending years feeling disconnected from his own direction, a turning point led him to begin formal study throughout Southeast Asia where he trained with diverse teachers, and earned his RYT-200hr teacher certification through East-West Yoga in Bali, Indonesia in 2019. During this time, he completed extend trainings and certifications in meditation and pranayama, forming the foundation of his evidence-informed approach to mind-body healing.
David has continued his professional development by studying sound healing, energy work, the healing arts of curanderismo and other traditional energy modalities. He completed his Reiki Master Training in the Usui Reiki lineage under Kathy Sietos at Green Light Reiki, strengthening his understanding of energy practices and supportive client and student approaches.
David is the founder of Soul Growth Network, a platform designed to help individuals reconnect with purpose, emotional clarity, and personal resilience. David’s work centers on the belief that true healing occurs from within and with the right tools, structure, and support, individuals can access a deeper sense of alignment and wellbeing.
