What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energy healing, originating in Japan. Dr. Mikao Usui has been known as the person who formalized this ancient healing technique. Dr. Usui originally intended this technique to be used for spiritual growth, but the alignment and increased awareness caused physical healing and accelerated recovery to take place as a side effect. Reiki is a gentle, but powerful hands-on technique that uses life force energy that is all around us to heal the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Reiki helps the body return to a place of balance, promoting reduced stress, relaxation, clarity, and a deeper connection to our higher consciousness.

Join me for a seven-week Chakra Series designed to guide you through the energetic centers of the body, from the Root to the Crown, and how each of these centers speak to each other. Each week we will explore a different energy center, understanding its attributes and how to realign and activate through a guided meditation and sound healing immersion. For those of you interested in participating in the whole series there is a special discounted class package that includes a free workbook to coincide with the series. This workbook included prompts and practices to deepen and help integrate this 7-week journey.

Begin the year in sacred reflection and renewal
Join us for a special Valentine’s evening honoring the heart. A sacred space to soften, open, and reconnect through ceremonial cacao and sound. This 90-minute experience is designed to support deeper connection with yourself and with life as it is. Whether you arrive on your own or alongside a partner or loved one, the invitation is the same: to meet the heart with presence, honesty, and openness.
We’ll begin by settling into the body and the breath, followed by the serving of cacao. Together, we’ll offer a simple blessing and set personal intentions, allowing the cacao to gently support heart awareness and emotional clarity. From there, you’ll be guided into a spacious sound journey, where healing vibration allows for release, insight, and activation. The sound journey will be held with subtle guidance, allowing each person to move through their own inner experience, feeling and listening from the heart.
This gathering is for those looking to cultivate heart connection, those sharing the experience with another, and anyone wishing to meet life with a more open and receptive heart.

These mantras come from Vinny's ancestral lineage rooted in ancient Asia. They are compassionate prayers for all beings to be at peace and free from suffering. They can bring cleansing to the mind, purity within the heart, and awakening to one's spirit. 1-1.5hr Mantra meditation can last 45-1hr, spiritual conversation at the end of meditation. People can stay or leave during that time. Those that stay we can discuss any topic in spirituality. We say that understanding through deep conversations can awaken our mind and heart.
***This class is being offered as a donation-based experience, with a $1 registration fee to keep it open and accessible to everyone. Vinny is generously sharing this offering with the community. Those who wish to contribute further may add a suggested donation of $15–$45 at checkout to support Vinny and the cost of the space***
Vinny Huynh is the last dharma lineage holder within his family ancestors in what most know as Buddhism. This is an ancient practice and understanding that is usually only done in private. Vinny is sharing openly because he believes the world needs as much contribution to peace and understanding, to wipe away our blindfold that keeps us from being our true nature of compassion and wisdom.

About David
Creator of Soul Growth Network
David Schreiner is a certified yoga, meditation, pranayama, and energy work practitioner, with a foundation in holistic wellness, curanderismo, and other earth based practices. After spending years feeling disconnected from his own direction, a turning point led him to begin formal study throughout Southeast Asia where he trained with diverse teachers, and earned his RYT-200hr teacher certification through East-West Yoga in Bali, Indonesia in 2019. During this time, he completed extend trainings and certifications in meditation and pranayama, forming the foundation of his evidence-informed approach to mind-body healing.
David has continued his professional development by studying sound healing, energy work, the healing arts of curanderismo and other traditional energy modalities. He completed his Reiki Master Training in the Usui Reiki lineage under Kathy Sietos at Green Light Reiki, strengthening his understanding of energy practices and supportive client and student approaches.
David is the founder of Soul Growth Network, a platform designed to help individuals reconnect with purpose, emotional clarity, and personal resilience. David’s work centers on the belief that true healing occurs from within and with the right tools, structure, and support, individuals can access a deeper sense of alignment and wellbeing.
