 A five-day, four-night immersive retreat designed to support you in reconnecting with your body, regulating your nervous system, and living in deeper alignment with yourself. 

 Align Within is an embodied journey into alignment with your true self, guided by Human Design and supported through deeply regulating somatic practices.

Through breathwork, sound healing, Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), and nervous system–based practices, we create the conditions for your system to soften, release stored patterns, and integrate insight at the level of the body — not just the mind.

Rather than trying to “figure things out,” this retreat invites you to feel, experience, and listen to what your body is communicating, allowing clarity and alignment to emerge with greater ease.
