For some, it may be a season of change, a need for clarity, or something in life asking for attention. For others, it may simply be a desire to slow down, reset, and reconnect with a more grounded sense of self.
This work is here to support you with wherever you are in your life.
Through sound healing, Reiki, meditation, and breathwork, I create space for your system to settle and come back into balance. These sessions can support you in releasing stress, finding clarity, and reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels steady and real. Whether you are navigating something deeper or simply looking for a place to reset and breathe, this work meets you where you are.
While these practices have roots in spiritual traditions, the way I work is grounded, direct, and accessible. You do not need to have prior experience with meditation or energy work to benefit.
My path into this work came through my own experiences with growth, healing, and a curiosity about the connection between the mind, body, and energy. Over time, I trained in yoga, meditation, Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and ancestral healing practices. Each of these has shaped how I hold space today.
What I have come to understand is that real change does not come from forcing or fixing. It comes from creating the right conditions for the body and mind to settle, process, and realign naturally. I do not see myself as someone who is here to fix you. I see my role as a guide and a support. Someone who helps you create the space to listen, release, and reconnect with what is already within you.
This is grounded work. It is not about performance or escaping into something outside of yourself. It is about meeting what is here, in the present, and working with it in a way that creates real change.
