The Spring Equinox is a natural turning point in the year. A moment where light and dark come back into balance, and we’re invited to do the same within ourselves. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what actually matters, before moving forward into the next season.
Reset and Realign: Spring Equinox Ceremony is ceremonial immersion created to support you in slowing down, clearing what no longer feels aligned, and coming back into deeper relationship with yourself. This experience is for anyone who feels ready to reset their energy, gain clarity around where they are, and move into spring with more intention and steadiness.
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a sequence of practices that are designed to be both reflective and embodied. We’ll work with a grounding meditation, ceremonial practices, and guided journaling to help you honestly explore what is completing in your life and what is ready to grow. This isn’t about forcing change; it’s about listening more closely to yourself and trusting what you’re hearing.
An extended sound healing journey will support your nervous system in settling and integrating the work on a deeper level, allowing your intentions to land not just in your mind, but in your body and energy as well. We’ll close with time for tea and integration, offering space to rest, reflect, and gently transition back into life, grounded and clear.
This ceremony is rooted in presence, simplicity, and authenticity. It’s not about “fixing” yourself or chasing an ideal version of who you should be. It’s about reconnecting with your own rhythm, strengthening your inner compass, and building your next season from solid ground. Whether you’re navigating change, feeling off centered, or simply wanting to begin spring in a more conscious way, this gathering offers a supportive space to reset, realign, and move forward with greater trust in yourself.

These mantras come from Vinny's ancestral lineage rooted in ancient Asia. They are compassionate prayers for all beings to be at peace and free from suffering. They can bring cleansing to the mind, purity within the heart, and awakening to one's spirit. 1-1.5hr Mantra meditation can last 45-1hr, spiritual conversation at the end of meditation. People can stay or leave during that time. Those that stay we can discuss any topic in spirituality. We say that understanding through deep conversations can awaken our mind and heart.
***This class is being offered as a donation-based experience, with a $1 registration fee to keep it open and accessible to everyone. Vinny is generously sharing this offering with the community. Those who wish to contribute further may add a suggested donation of $15–$45 at checkout to support Vinny and the cost of the space.***
Vinny Huynh is the last dharma lineage holder within his family ancestors in what most know as Buddhism. This is an ancient practice and understanding that is usually only done in private. Vinny is sharing openly because he believes the world needs as much contribution to peace and understanding, to wipe away our blindfold that keeps us from being our true nature of compassion and wisdom.
