This workshop offers a space for men to slow down, tune in, and reconnect—with their bodies, their emotions, and the deeper wisdom within. In a world that often teaches us to suppress, perform, or push through, this experience invites a different kind of strength: the courage to feel, to listen, and to be present.

Through a carefully curated blend of breathwork, meditation, sound healing, guided hypnosis, journaling, and group discussion, participants will explore layers of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and embodied presence. Each practice builds upon the next to create a safe and transformative container where real connection can unfold—within the self, and within the brotherhood of the group. We begin by grounding into our intentions for the day, coming into the breath and preparing the nervous system to open and receive. Active breathwork and sound healing with drums,crystal bowls, and gongs will help release and clear allowing access into deeper emotional layers. Through guided journaling prompts, you’ll give voice to the parts of yourself that are often left unspoken.

These reflections will serve as a foundation for open, respectful group dialogue—a space to be witnessed and to witness others in authenticity, without judgment. This is not about being perfect or having it all figured out. We believe that this is a lifelong journey into knowing thyself. It’s about learning to be aware, recognize and learn to embrace our multifaceted being. This workshop is for any identifying man ready to explore his inner world, expand his emotional awareness, and build a more grounded, intentional relationship with himself and others. You’ll leave feeling more aligned, more present, and more deeply rooted in your own truth.

Ryan Neil

Ryan Neil is a Licensed Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, professional medium, and energetic practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting clients through grief, loss, and spiritual transformation. With a profound sensitivity to subtle energy and the spirit realm, Ryan offers compassionate, individualized guidance to those navigating the complexities of loss.

His work weaves together transpersonal hypnotherapy, guided meditation, and intuitive insight, creating a deeply healing space where clients can process emotion, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and find meaning through spiritual connection. Ryan’s approach is both grounded and expansive, rooted in the belief that grief can be a powerful catalyst for awakening and growth.

David Schreiner

David Schreiner is a certified yoga and meditation instructor, Reiki Master, and sound healing practitioner based in Denver, CO. He received his RYT-200 certification through East+West Yoga in Bali, Indonesia in 2019, and has since trained in a range of holistic modalities including Reiki, sound healing, shamanic practices, and energy work.

David’s approach is rooted in the belief that true healing is self-healing. He serves as a facilitator—holding space with clarity, compassion, and spiritual guidance to support others in their own journey of transformation. His offerings are designed to help clients process emotional patterns, release limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their higher self from a place of strength, presence, and wholeness.

A Crystal & Sound Healing Immersion Step into a sacred healing space where crystal energy and sound medicine come together to guide you into deep energetic alignment and inner harmony. In this special event, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative state as healing crystals are intuitively placed on the body, forming a personalized crystal grid aligned with your energetic needs. As the crystals do their work, you’ll be immersed in the soothing and powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound healing instruments, creating a harmonic field that supports energetic clearing, realignment, and deep relaxation. Crystals and sound work together to open the chakras, balance the nervous system, and awaken the subtle body’s natural intelligence. This experience is designed to help you release stagnant energy, receive intuitive insight, and attune more fully to your soul’s vibration. Christina Cox

I’m an introverted artist and lifelong teacher with a deep passion for healing and spiritual connection. I hold degrees in Modern Dance and Elementary Education, as well as a Master’s in Emergent Literacy from CU Boulder. After a decade as a classroom teacher and reading specialist, I transitioned into studying yoga, meditation, and energy work—spending summers immersed in Vipassana meditation and exploring various meditation lineages for over 20 years.

Motherhood was a powerful catalyst for my personal healing journey, awakening my connection to the Earth, its elements, and the vibrational power of crystals. I became a Certified Crystal Healer in 2019 and Crystal Reader in 2020, blending these practices with crystal meditation, grid work, and daily ritual to support transformation and alignment.

In 2020, I launched Grace Malas, which evolved into Crystal Paved in 2024—a space where I guide clients in choosing crystals that align with their intentions and support personal growth. My medicine is crystal meditation, and my calling is to hold space for others to reconnect with their inner light, reclaim their power, and become their own source of healing.
