Reiki Training

 In this Level 1 Reiki training, you will be introduced to the healing art of Reiki and learn how to channel universal life force energy to promote balance and wellness in yourself and others. During the course, you will receive your first attunements, which open your energy channels, allowing you to access and flow Reiki energy. You will learn the hand positions for self-healing and healing others, as well as techniques to clear blockages, reduce stress, and support physical and emotional healing. This training is designed to empower you with the foundational skills to start your own Reiki practice, increase your awareness of energy, and deepen your connection to the universal life force. Through this experience, you will begin your journey as a Reiki healer, tapping into the profound healing power within you. 

 This Level 1 training is a comprehensive, two-day experience held over two consecutive Saturdays, designed to provide students with ample time to absorb the material and gain hands-on practice. The structure of the course allows for a deep dive into the fundamentals of Reiki, giving students the opportunity to fully integrate the teachings, receive their first attunements, and engage in practical exercises. Each day will be filled with instruction, group discussions, and healing practice, ensuring that students feel confident in their ability to use Reiki for self-healing and healing others. This format is ideal for allowing time to absorb the energy, ask questions, and build a strong foundation for your Reiki practice.
