As the seasons change, so do we. The Fall Alchemy Retreat is an introspective intensive weekend, where we will be diving into deep self-exploration within a community setting. I have partnered up with Brittany McCauley, who is a very talented writer, who will be running a journaling workshop and writing circle to help the participants explore their inner world and holding safe and healing space for you to step into your vulnerability and authenticity, while finding your voice. This weekend will be filled with sound healing, meditation, breathwork, and writing workshops. One of the missing elements in our current society is the ability to be held by our community, as we share and speak from our hearts. As summer comes to an end, this is a beautiful time to examine the lessons we experienced over the last season, and be able to step into the new season, releasing what we have evolved from and creating space to step into who we are now.
Over the weekend, you will participate in morning meditations with sound healing as well as evening Sound Healing with Yoga Nidra, Cacao, and a Fire Releasing Ceremony if the weather permits. Enjoy vegetarian meals and snacks throughout the weekend.
David does not consider himself a “healer”, but a facilitator who holds space of love and truth for his clients, to assist them in their own transformation. He has studied a variety of healing modalities including the use of medicinal plants for his own healing, and the healing of others. The only true healing is self-healing, but he uses guidance from his spiritual team as well as his client’s, to bring clarity and direction to aid them in connecting with their higher truth. David is a Reiki Master and Sound Healer, who’s offerings are designed to help in the processing of old emotional patterns and beliefs, enabling his clients to reconnect with their higher-self from a place of strength and wholeness.
Brittany is a writer and creativity coach who specializes in holding containers for creative energy. She runs workshops and writing circles that help people connect deeper to their personal, unlimited source of inspiration. She focuses on connecting others to their unique visions and voices while empowering them to step into vulnerability and authenticity. She also offers input as a creative editor, helping writers expand and clarify their written projects. Working with individuals, groups, and businesses, she offers tools to help clients embrace creativity as a way of life. Brittany believes we are all naturally creative beings, and by connecting to creativity, we will also connect more meaningfully with ourselves and the world.

“WOW! I had such a lovely experience at the Spirit of the Mountain Retreat. I’m still blown away at how much growth can happen in a weekend. The retreat was everything I was looking for and more - relaxation, connection, healing, nature, nourishment (the food was amazing!!!), education, and release - all in a gorgeous and cozy location. I left the retreat re-centered and empowered. What a gift. Thank you, David!”
